Initially inspired by his father, artist Willem Cernëus, Fabian is renowned for the Corus forced labor monument. Crafting sculptures from old iron and other metals, his creations ranged from motorbikes to musicians. Collaborating with Herman Brood, they produced modern artworks exhibited in renowned venues like the Cobra Museum.Brood mentored Fabian in both sculpture and painting, leading to joint projects like the Herman Brood Trophy. Following Brood's passing, Fabian continues their tradition of innovation, mastering various art styles.
